Cancellation Policy
Customers may cancel their order at any time before the order is dispatched for delivery.
Upon successful cancellation, the refund will be initiated to the original payment source.
Refunds are generally processed within 5 to 7 business days depending on the payment provider or banking process.
Once the order is dispatched or out for delivery, it cannot be cancelled or refunded.
Return Policy
Returns shall only be considered in cases where the product delivered is damaged, defective or has quality related issues.
Gaukalp Private Limited reserves the right to verify the complaint before approving any return or replacement request.
Return requests must be initiated within 36 hours of successful delivery of the order.

It is mandatory to share clear images of the damaged or defective product while raising the return request.
All return requests shall be subject to approval after verification by the company.
Returned products must be unused, unopened and in their original packaging along with proof of purchase.
Product returns and refunds are solely subject to approval by Gaukalp Private Limited.
